Cinco De Mayo Mexican Restaurant in Mount Juliet

Great from the start chips and salsa were fantastic the waitress friendly and sure we had everything we needed. will definitely return was very eager to pay the bill by the way was reasonable for the amazing food we had. Was a bit noisy but I can understand why I need the place was packed. I certainly can overlook the noise for good food.

The service is always great. They have a selection of mild and hot salsa, which is always great to have an option for those that like things a little spicier. Dining in the food is always fresh and hot. Coming at 6 pm it can be busy but that is expected. The best option for a busy time is ordering take out. My favorite meals are the C-6, chicken fajitas, and the burrito California.

This restaurant has a "where the locals eat" feel to it with good reason, it is tucked away off of the main highway in Northern Mt. Juliet. You can always expect some of the most friendly service of any of the Mt. Juliet Mexican restaurants. The menu is somewhat standard for many Mexican restaurants, but every dish I've had has been very good and the drinks well mixed. My family always enjoys going here.

Consistent, reliable, clean and affordable. I've been to multiple locations and the staff is always great and the food is always delicious. Between this location and the others I've probably ate at a Cinco 100 times over the past few years and never had a bad experience.

Good food but the service was disappointing. We came as part of a large group and they really struggled to get our food out. Some of our party waited much longer than others. We ordered fajitas and the hot plate came out first and the very last thing that came out to the table was our tortillas so our food was not hot by the time we got to start eating.

So, this is my favorite place coming home to Nahville FOR YEARS! But the more I come, the worse it gets. Tonight, all our food came out at different times, was not sizzling hot.

Best Cinco in the area in my opinion. Good service, and good food. Surprisingly the few times I have received kinda average service have been during lunch hours when it's been very slow. They have forgot to check on me a couple times during those hours. Still highly recommend

Service and food were both top notch!

A month ago I tried visiting the Hermitage location. After 30 minutes of sitting down, no one taking our order or bringing drinks, we left. I decided to give this chain another chance today in Mount Juliet. Walk through the door, waited 5+ minutes at the sign where it says please wait to be seated and no one came. No one greeted when I walked in, a female employee in the other room saw us and didn’t come over or tell anyone. So I decided to walk out with my family of four. I will not be trying any of your restaurants for a third time. Two times and nobody wants to make money serving patrons. It’s ridiculous. We went down the road to El Comal and they were happy to take our money.

Arrived and were seated quickly. Polite, attentive wait staff workout being intrusive. Fresh, hot food as usual. Low lighting Mexican themed restaurant. Family friendly tables or bar setting for drinks.

Fajitas Texanas and a pitcher of their margaritas and I promise you will leave with a smile.

I don't even like Mexican food and went here with family. The picture of my plate says a lot! (ate every bite) I really liked the food and the sausa was the best I have had. It wasn't just tomato paste like some it had some zip to it.

It's no Chuy's. Or any other from scratch Mexican restaurant. but The food is always hot and decent.

They are usually great and have good portions. This past week I went and they didn't toast my cheese steak tostada so it was soggy by the time I got home. We asked for no lettuce on our tacos and there was a lot of lettuce.

One of my favorites so I am biased. Best staff around and their fried jalapenos are amazing.

Cinco De Mayo is a local "chain" that is consistently excellent! Pretty sure that they have drink specials every day. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is great! Would recommend to everyone!

Chili relleno was so hot it was inedible.They messed up order. Chicken and rice like mush beans were watery wish i could give 0 stars definitely going down in quality compared to the past

We initially went here because we had a coupon. And because this is the closest restaurant to our house. (We visited the location on Nonaville Rd.) Coming from CA - AZ over the last 20 years we are a little picky about our Mexican food. Cinco did not disappoint. The Asada is delish. The burrito would not be my first choice (better options are on the menu, my husband chose this, and therefor did not love it quite as much as I did). The servers were really nice as well and the atmosphere is very inviting.

Been looking for some good Mexican food in the area. Not to bad, the others I was with enjoyed their meals as well. Looking forward to trying again in a couple of weeks. Beer was HUGE, cold and good as well as we're the margaritas.

Moved to Lebanon a month ago, and I cannot stop eating here. Great food and the gentleman working the bar in the evenings in fantastic. Highly recommend

The food here is great, but the building smells like sewage that ruins the entire experience. If you don't mind smelling sewage the entire time you eat, then you'll love the restaurant. The cheese dip and salsa are great. Every meal I've eaten has been good. But I can't sit through another sewage meal again, so I won't be going back.

We have eaten here a few times. This place is a little out of the way if you are a traveler. But it is worth a stop if you enjoy real Mexican food and margaritas. They are fairly priced and service is friendly and attentive. We enjoyed their fajitas. This is our second favorite Mexican place in the Mt. Juliet area, but worthy of a stop

Great service. Had a to go order for 4 folks. Everything was correct and hot. Huge portions so we usually get 3 or 4 meals out if 1 entrees of fajitas. Most other entrees are good for 2 meals. Our experience has always been good tasty hot food just as we order it.

Cinco has been a successful restaurant, and they now have 7 locations! There is no question about it, this is some of the best Mexican food around. I usually always get the chimichanga and I am never dissapointed. Price is about what you would expect, with dinner being a little more while also receiving more. My favorite part about it all is how quickly you get your food. Even when it seemed to be a busy night, the food came out very quick. Not to mention how good their chips and salsa is. The salsa is on the spicier side, but I love it. This place is definitely a must try!

Walked in and there was a line waiting to be seated. No 6ft distancing whatsoever.Very unsafe. Left immediately. How can they get by with this?

Have eaten there several times, but because of the COVID-19 'safer at home' situation we decided to place a takeout order. The food was every bit as good as the dine-in version.
